(There are three main ingredients that brings God's judgment)

1.Treatment of the Jews

2. Innocent blood defilement

3. Abominations

Opening statement

I pray that I can express this message, (that God has put in my heart) in this format. In my studies of God's word, I see that sometimes God  passes judgment upon nations, individuals,  the apple of His eye Israel and yes even Christians. In the last ten years the Lord has shown me that Judgment was being passed upon the United States.

I immediately thought of this scripture.

2Chron_7:14  If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

As I begin to pray, the Lord said "don't pray, it will not change what is to take place." Some of the things that the Lord showed me was as follows: Natural disasters, severe economical problems, social disorder, division in government, division throughout the US, weakness trembling and fear, a loss of world influence and dominance, a loss of life etc.

I have seen these things (and more) progressively happening. Just do a search on the internet and you will find a long list of disasters that have taken place in the last few years.

  I asked why Lord?

This study contains the why.

Throughout the word of God we see this taking place. The Assyrians, Babylonians, Romans
Germany are but a few of the nations that have ill treated the Jews and have suffered the collapse of their empires, but more of this later, in this course.

We find the reason for judgment in what God tells Abraham

Genesis 15:13-16 And he said unto Abram, Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years;
Gen 15:14 And also that nation, whom they shall serve, will I judge: and afterward shall they come out with great substance.
Gen 15:15 And thou shalt go to thy fathers in peace; thou shalt be buried in a good old age.

Genesis15:16 But in the fourth generation they shall come hither again: for the iniquity of the Amorites is not yet full.

Four Hundred and thirty years later, Abraham's seed the Israelites were set free from slavery to the Egyptians. During that four hundred years, the iniquity of the Amorites was filled up, which brought God's judgment upon them.

Leviticus 18-20 is a list of the abominations that the Amorites committed, that brought the judgment of God. Many of them were sexual such as incest, homosexuality, bestiality, adultery, fornication, etc. They also sacrificed their children to their gods, such as Molech.

Lev 18:3 After the doings of the land of Egypt, wherein ye dwelt, shall ye not do: and after the doings of the land of Canaan, whither I bring you, shall ye not do: neither shall ye walk in their ordinances.

ordinances.  custom, manner, and statute, rule

The iniquity of the Amorites had become so ingrained in them by both customs and laws, that it became a way of life.  Iniquity was no longer shameful or disgraceful, it was not hidden but practiced openly. They accepted  and gave approval of it.

For this reason, God had judged the Canaanites and would drive them off the land. The land of Canaan contained not only the Amorites but also the Amalekites, Midianites, Moabites, Ammonites and Gerssites? All these different peoples practiced these customs. History has revealed that all of these people have cease to be..

God sees individuals doing abominations BUT when the whole society becomes that way God steps in. Mankind had become so wicked in the past that God sent a great flood and destroyed them all (except for Noah and his family.)

God tells Moses that if the Israelites adopted the Amorites ordinances then He would drive them out of the land also. The nation of Israel was removed and dispersed through out the other nations several times in the Old Testament, but God had made an everlasting covenant with the Jews that the land would always be theirs, that is why 2000 years after the time of Jesus Christ the Jews are back in their homeland; this was a fulfillment of Bible prophesy.

The land of Israel called Palestine belongs to Israel, in the times of their dispersal other groups of people would move into the land but it was always just an occupation.

The land of Israel has been occupied by various groups and since 70 AD. the city of Jerusalem has passed from one power to another; from the Roman conquerors, to the Persian, to the crusaders, to the Turks, to the British and finally in 1967 in the 6 day war, the Jews took control of Jerusalem (the city of David) for the first time in many centuries.

The Palestinians have no legal nor Biblical claim to the land of Palestine, they are in fact trespassers (squatters- someone who settles on land without right or title) on someone else's property.

What does God say?

Gen_17:8 And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.

Gen 48:4 And said unto me, Behold, I will make thee fruitful, and multiply thee, and I will make of thee a multitude of people; and will give this land to thy seed after thee for an everlasting possession.  This was said to Jacob renamed (Israel) by God.

Gen_32:28 And he said, Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed.

Please also notice

Joel 3:2 I will also gather all the nations together. I will bring all these nations down into Jehoshaphat Valley. There I will judge them. Those nations scattered my people, Israel. They forced them to live in other nations, so I will punish those nations. They divided up my land.

God calls the land of Israel, HIS land.

Let us gone on to the three ingredients that brings God's judgment.
