Jehovah’s Witnesses Bible
As I am limited in this pamphlet as to space I will get right to the point. The New World Translation is the Bible that Jehovah’s Witnesses use.
It is also the Bible that the Jehovah’s Witnesses have translated themselves. The translation team was composed of a five member committee with most certainly an agenda.
This agenda is clearly visible when ones compares their bible with other translations. In a nutshell, the agenda is to change the meaning of the Bible in regards to the following:
* Note the following Bibles will be used to compare theirs (NWT) to.

What their bible says (NWT) will be in italics and given first.
Concerning the Deity of Jesus Christ
John 1:1-In [the] beginning the Word was, and the Word was with God, and the Word was a god
John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
John 10:33- The Jews answered him: "We are stoning you, not for a fine work, but for blasphemy, even because you, although being a man, make yourself a god
John 10:33 The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.
Collossians 2:8-9 Christ; because it is in him that all the fullness of the divine quality
Collossians 2:9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.
Zechariah 12:10-"And I [Jehovah] will pour out upon the house of David and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem the spirit of favor and entreaties, and they will certainly look to the One whom they pierced...
Zechariah 12:10 And I [Jehovah will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced...
Heb 1:6 But when he again brings his Firstborn into the inhabited earth, he says: “And let all God’s angels do obeisance to him.”
Heb 1:6 And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him.
*Note in all the places that Jesus was worshiped and received worship the NWT says do obeisance to him.”
The greek word “proskuneo -translated is worship. Whenever it is in reference to Jesus, they absolutely will not let it be translated as worship.
Why? Because they erringly deny that Jesus is God in flesh and their Bible reflects their bias.
Check out the Following concerning this: Mat. 28:17- Lk.24:52 -Jn.9:38 -Mat 8:2
John 8:58-Jesus said to them: "Most truly I say to you, Before Abraham came into existence, I have been
John 8:58 Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.
Jesus often uses the “I am” phrase, as He is indeed the I am of the Old Test.
Exodus 3:14 And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of
Israel, I Am hath sent me to you.
Heb 1:8 But with reference to the Son: “God is your throne forever and ever, and [the] scepter of your kingdom is the scepter of uprightness.
Heb 1:8 But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is forever and ever: a scepter of righteousness is the scepter of thy kingdom.
Col.1:15-17 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation;
16 because by means of him all [other] things were created in the heavens and upon the earth, the things visible and the things invisible, no matter whether they are thrones or lordships or governments or authorities. All [other] things have been created through him and for him.
17 Also, he is before all [other] things and by means of him all [other] things were made to exist, 18 and he is the head of the body...
The word "other" is inserted 4 times. It is not in the original Greek, nor is it implied. This is a section where Jesus is described as being the creator of all things. Since the Jehovah's Witness organization believes that Jesus is created, they have inserted the word "other" to show that Jesus was before all "other" things, implying that He is created.
(compare with the following)
Col 1:15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:
16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.
1 Tim.3:16 Indeed, the sacred secret of this godly devotion is admittedly great: ‘He was made manifest in flesh, was declared righteous in spirit, appeared to angels, was preached about among nations, was believed upon in [the] world, was received up in glory.’
1Tim 3:16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.
Philippians 2:6 who, although he was existing in God’s form, gave no consideration to a seizure, namely, that he should be equal to God.
Philippians 2:6 who, existing in the form of God, didn't consider it robbery to be equal with God...
